We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your garment you may return your items to either a 'A Little Something' Store or ship your items to our returns department if purchased online. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following policy:
- A Little Something merchandise that is unwashed, unworn or defective may be exchanged or returned with an original receipt for a complete refund and is subject to no time limit. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
- A Little Something merchandise returned with a receipt that is unwashed, unworn or defective may be returned for a gift card with no time limit.
- A Little Something merchandise returned without a receipt that is unwashed, unworn or defective will be returned at the purchase price for a gift card with no time limit.
- Valid identification (Drivers license, state ID, etc.) is required for all return transactions.
- Customer information must be entered into CIS for each return/exchange transaction. This would include the customer name, address, city, state, zip code and phone number.
- A Little Something reserves the right to limit or refuse returns made with or without receipts due to certain circumstances, which include unusual frequency, excessive total dollar amounts, and/or returns in multiple store locations.
Sale Adjustment Policy
Unless otherwise stated with individual promotional disclaimers, A Little Something will offer a one-time price adjustment credit for any price changes that occur within 14 days from the date that your merchandise has either shipped from our warehouse, (online) or been purchased in our stores. For an adjustment on store purchases, please bring your receipt into one of our stores. Please contact a 'A Little Something' customer service representative at 304.725.3084 for assistance on all online orders.
A Little Something reserves the right to withhold from selling returned merchandise.
